What to Expect

We have found that people seeking a chiropractor in West Des Moines want to know what to expect when coming to our office for the first time.  Often other patients, medical doctors, or conventional chiropractors will refer new patients to us. The reason that Keystone Chiropractic is built on referrals is because of simplicity and transparency.

Watch this short video to learn about NeuroStructural care at Keystone Chiropractic.

Here is the process when beginning your relationship with Keystone Chiropractic:

1. Consultation

The first step is to have a conversation with you and discuss your concerns. You will meet with one of the doctors for your Complimentary consultation. It’s a conversation, NOT a commitment. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn about how NeuroStructural Chiropractic may help resolve your issues.

2. Examination

If everything makes sense during the consultation, we will proceed with a comprehensive examination. There is time set aside the same day or you can select another time which works for you. The choice is yours.

Unlike some conventional chiropractic offices where the examination is done in 15 minutes by an assistant, or where the doctor simply feels your back, Dr. Adam or Dr. Megan will perform a thorough examination to identify if you are in the right place. At Keystone Chiropractic we TEST, and don’t guess, with your health.

The examination includes:

– Digital Structural Radiographs

– Multi-axial Structural Analysis

– Digital Photographic Evaluation

– Neuro-Infrared Assessment

3. Personalized Recommendations

Following the examination, the doctor performs a complete analysis and interpretation of the results. If a structural problem is revealed within your spine and nerve system, the chiropractor will design and explain your customized plan. After care recommendations are reviewed, the doctor will provide your first adjustment if warranted.
